Just like with Smuggler's Cove, all a user needs to enter is a lot of luck – no reservations are required. Once inside, a plethora of food choices are presented and just like the real world it is all very expensive!
With this information in mind, it is important to attain the Kelp avatar immediately. Obtaining the avatar is easy, though. When a visiting pet enters with their belly full up, they are forced to take home leftovers and voila, their owner receives the Kelp avatar.
